Conservation Project
One of the new projects that has been developed in Bury St. Edmunds, is the conservation project. We are working alongside St.Edmundsbury Council to clear an area of land on Hardwick Heath.
Although initially the young people were not enthusiastic about participating in this project, their enthusiasm and hard work has really started to pay off. The project can be seen as therapeutic when they see what can be achieved by their hard work.
This project has given the young people multiple skills in horticulture and understanding of the Eco-System through composting and re-planting.
